Great Partnerships
When we originally began looking to create a pole building presence we met with several building suppliers. Graber Post Buildings was the supplier we decided to partner with because they make the majority of their products at their Montgomery, IN location. This was important to us as we were only 1 step away from the manufacturing process, which means quality control would be at its best and pricing will always be competitive with the market. The Graber Post team is on the leading edge of the post frame construction sector and we look forward to growing with them.
The Process
Shamrock Pole Buildings has grown to be a regional leader in the post frame construction sector. Utilizing our partnerships with Graber Post and SmartBuild, we can use their software as a visual aid and estimating assistant throughout the design process. Once we have the design complete and the project is ready for construction, we turn the project over to the builders to execute.
Your project manager will reach out about setting a schedule that works for your timeline. WE typically target a 6-8 week back log, we use this time as an advantage to review the site and answer any material questions we may have on your project. Your material package will typically deliver the week before we begin building the building, this allows us time to review the material and make sure everything is onsite for the building crew.
We partner with a few highly reputable and professional Amish building crews who work on our projects daily. Our crews have been trained on how our buildings are to be built and how to interact with our clients. They take as much pride in making sure our buildings are built well as we do. Keep in mind, we typically order extra materials so we rarely experience delays due to damaged or missing materials. Once the building is done they will clean the site and remove all additional materials for future projects.
The project manager will meet you at your building once the project is complete for you to review any issues or questions you may have. Let us know of ANY items that you have questions on- it is our job to make sure you are satisfied!
Our Competitive Advantage
One of the advantages Shamrock has over our competitors are that we can complete the entire project without having to hire separate contractors. We have the equipment and experience to complete the site modifications- this includes driveways, stormwater systems, and building pads. Once we get to the actual construction phase Shamrock provides all of its own equipment to complete the project. We have our own skid loaders, excavators, man lifts, telehandlers, and more. Lastly, we have our own gutter rolling machine so we can roll coil from Graber to ensure your gutters match perfectly with the building panels/trims. Shamrock can handle your entire project from start to finish so you don't have to.
