Safety Policy Statement

It is the intent of Shamrock Pole Buildings to provide a safe and healthful working environment for our employees, subcontractor employees and those of other employers on site. We believe that safety begins at the top by providing resources, education and a positive example. To achieve our professional goals, we must have safe and productive worksites. This requires accountability and buy-in from all parties involved.

Shamrock Pole Buildings understands that for safety to succeed, all employees must understand the hazards associated with work, techniques, and resources available to limit those hazards. We encourage an environment of open discussion on any safety item regardless of the complexity of the job or the job function of the employee. All employees on site have Stop Work Authority at all times.

Patrick Bracey, President, oversees the day-to-day operations. To ensure compliance with applicable safety requirements, Shamrock Pole Buildings requires front line management to complete advanced safety training and utilizes third party professionals to conduct audits of our program and site safety.

This policy is of utmost importance to us, and we ask for your cooperation in making it effective.
